If you are looking for the perfect tent for your next adventure, you can't go wrong with the Daly 2 softshell tent.

The Daly softshell tent is designed to accommodate two people and is 24 inches wide when folded up. The folded-up design can easily be paired with your current luggage rack, bike, or skybox.

High-quality canopy and body fabric boast UV, mildew, mold, and water, protecting you from the outside elements.

Daly 2 includes a 2.5 in. thick mattress made from high-density foam. It can be removed for easy washing.

The Daly 2 rooftop tent base is constructed out of highly durable aluminum poles and an aluminum frame providing you with a strong base.

FAQs

Hutch Tents are designed to fit on most vehicles with roof racks, including trucks, SUVs, specialized trailers Polaris. Make sure that your rack has a Dynamic Weight Capacity of at least the weight of the tent.

In the case of the two-person Prospector 2, the total weight capacity would be 600 lbs. Our three-person tent, the Apex 3, have a capacity of 750 lbs, and our largest four-person tents, the Ontario 4, max out at 800 lbs. Also, our ladder has a weight capacity of 320 lbs.

When the tent is in use, the weight of the tent plus the weight of the occupants are dispersed over the entire frame of the vehicle, as well as the tent hinge and ladder. The vehicle frame will need to be strong enough to protect Hutch Tent occupants in the case of an accident.

Our tents are better equipped to protect against wild animals, harsh winds and rain than conventional tents.

You don't have to find a nice dry flat area to set up your Hutch Tent. Hutch tents also prevent the need to clean dirt, and other debris from the bottom of your tent nearly as much.

Not at the moment.
Most conventional roof racks will support Hutch Tents if it is installed properly. However, you should check your manufacturer's roof rack system to ensure it will support the weight of your tent. If you do not have a factory-installed roof rack, we recommend aftermarket crossbars.
